Sxgram Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Sxgram, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“Sxgram,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information. It applies when you visit Sxgram.com, create or use a Sxgram account, use a Sxgram mobile application if available, interact with Sxgram content or communications, or use any related feature, program, API, or service that links to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.
Sxgram is an independent social media networking platform that enables people, creators, professionals, and businesses to connect, communicate, publish content, discover interests, and build communities. The Services include social profiles, feeds, posts, Stories, Reels, messaging, discovery, restricted publishing features for eligible Verified Upgraded Members, Verified Account subscriptions, the Affiliate Program Marketplace, Product Cards, SxM Magazine, SxRADIO, trust and safety features, and developer tools.
Sxgram supports a broad range of lawful expression, including content and conversations involving health, relationships, reproductive health, medical education, sexual wellness, body positivity, intimacy, pleasure, and sexuality. Certain lawful sexually explicit user-generated content is also permitted, subject to applicable laws, consent requirements, community standards, and content moderation policies. The nature of information members choose to share may therefore include personal or sensitive subjects that require additional privacy considerations.
Some features make information public, while others require information to operate privately behind the scenes. Certain publishing features require an active paid Verified Account subscription, successful completion of required age and identity verification, and continued good account standing. This Policy explains how information associated with those requirements is collected, used, disclosed, and retained.
Participation in Sxgram is subject to the eligibility requirements described in the Terms of Use, including the minimum age requirement addressed in Section 15 of this Policy.
1. Scope and Our Role
This Policy applies to personal information Sxgram controls in connection with the Services. It covers visitors, free members, Verified Upgraded Members, creators, business accounts, advertisers, affiliates, magazine or radio participants, developers, and people who contact or submit reports to Sxgram.
It does not apply to information processed independently by a third-party website, payment processor, verification provider acting under its own privacy terms, affiliate program, merchant, creator platform, social network, or other independent service, even when that service is linked from or used in connection with Sxgram.
When you follow an external link, including a Tip Jar link, Product Card destination, affiliate-program application, or creator profile link, the destination service controls its own collection and use of information. Sxgram does not control those services or their privacy practices. You should review the destination service’s privacy policy and terms before providing personal or payment information.
2. Information We Collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with Sxgram, which features you use, and whether you seek access to features that require subscription, age verification, identity verification, or other eligibility requirements.
You may choose not to provide certain information, but some Services may then be unavailable or may not function as intended. In particular, members who do not successfully complete required age and identity verification are not eligible to use restricted publishing features.
We collect the following categories of information when applicable.
2.1 Account, Profile, Contact, and Eligibility Information
We collect information used to create, maintain, and secure an account, such as your email address, username, password or authentication credentials, profile photo, biography, account category, and optional phone number.
We may also collect a legal or business name, age or date-of-birth information or confirmation, business details, social links, and other information you choose to add or that is required for a particular feature.
Members seeking access to restricted publishing features must provide the information and documentation required to establish age and identity and satisfy applicable Verified Account eligibility requirements. Depending on the verification process, this may include a legal name, date of birth or other age information, government-issued identification or other accepted identification documents, and related verification information.
Your username, profile image, biography, account category, links, badges, and other fields marked or designed as public may be visible to anyone, including people without a Sxgram account.
Legal names, dates of birth, identification documents, and other information submitted solely for age or identity verification are not made public merely because you complete verification or receive a verification badge.
2.2 Content, Social Activity, and Communications
We collect the photos, videos, audio, text, Articles, Stories, Reels, Grams or other posts, Carousels, comments, ratings, reviews, and other content you create, upload, publish, or submit.
We also collect social and interaction information such as follows, likes, saves, shares, mentions, searches, content views, link clicks, reports, blocks, and notification activity.
Member-originated publishing through restricted publishing features is available only to eligible Verified Upgraded Members. Accordingly, content created or submitted through Grams or other posts, Carousels, Reels, Stories, Articles, SxM Magazine publishing features, SxRADIO channels or episodes, and Affiliate Program Marketplace listings may be associated internally with information used to determine publishing eligibility, including subscription status, verification status, and account-standing information.
If direct messaging is available, we process message content, participants, timestamps, and related metadata so that we can deliver messages, prevent abuse, investigate reports, and maintain the Service.
2.3 Device, Network, Usage, and Approximate Location Information
We collect technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, time zone, referring pages, device or cookie identifiers, pages viewed, session duration, and feature interactions.
We may derive an approximate location, such as a city, state, or country, from an IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location unless a feature requests it and you provide permission.
2.4 Subscription and Transaction Information
When you purchase, upgrade, downgrade, cancel, renew, or otherwise manage a Verified Account subscription or another Sxgram-sold service, a third-party payment processor may collect and process your payment credentials.
Sxgram may receive and maintain limited subscription and transaction information such as your current and previous subscription tier or account category, subscription status, subscription start and expiration dates, renewal status, scheduled cancellation or downgrade status, upgrade or subscription-change history, payment amount, billing date, payment method type or last four digits, transaction identifier, and refund, dispute, reversal, failed-payment, or chargeback status.
When you request a subscription change, we may process information necessary to administer that request. For example, we may record that an upgrade has replaced a prior subscription, that a subscription is scheduled not to renew, that a downgrade has been requested for the end of the current billing period, or that another subscription must be purchased before paid features become active again.
Because an active paid Verified Account subscription is required for restricted publishing eligibility, we may use subscription, transaction, renewal, expiration, cancellation, upgrade, downgrade, and payment-status information to determine which subscription features apply to an account and whether an account remains eligible to access restricted publishing features.
Sxgram does not store full payment-card or bank-account credentials unless we expressly tell you otherwise at the time of collection. Payment credentials are generally collected and processed by Sxgram’s authorized third-party payment processor.
2.5 Age, Identity, Verification, Ratings, Trust, and Safety Information
Sxgram requires age and identity verification for members seeking access to restricted publishing features.
Sxgram or an authorized verification provider may request and process information necessary to establish eligibility, such as your legal name, date of birth or other age information, government-issued identification or other accepted identification documents, images or information from identification documents, verification results, and other information reasonably necessary to confirm age or identity.
The exact information requested and the method used may depend on the verification process, account type, jurisdiction, risk indicators, or requirements applicable to Sxgram or its service providers. A verification provider may process information under its own privacy terms as disclosed during the verification process.
Depending on how the verification process is structured, Sxgram may receive verification results and limited supporting information needed to establish or maintain publishing eligibility, administer Verified Accounts, prevent fraud, detect account misuse or transfer, investigate disputes, process appeals, maintain required records, comply with law, or satisfy applicable Platform, service-provider, or payment-provider requirements.
Sxgram also collects account verification status, ratings, reviews, Trust Score inputs, account-standing information, reports, appeals, and evidence submitted in connection with safety, eligibility, or policy concerns.
Verification information may be used to determine whether an account is eligible to access restricted publishing features and whether that access should be maintained, suspended, restricted, restored, or revoked.
Completing verification does not make underlying identity documents public. Sxgram does not use identity documents as public profile information unless you independently and expressly choose to publish information from them through a public feature.
We may request renewed, updated, or additional verification when reasonably necessary to confirm continued eligibility, respond to suspected fraud or account compromise, resolve inconsistencies, comply with law, or satisfy applicable Platform, payment-provider, or service-provider requirements.
2.6 Affiliate Marketplace, Product Card, and External-Link Information
Publishing or maintaining an Affiliate Program Marketplace listing is restricted to eligible Verified Upgraded Members using an account and subscription tier authorized for that feature.
Product Cards, Tip Jar functionality, Marketplace discovery, applications, and other Marketplace features may have separate eligibility requirements based on account category, Verified Account tier, verification status, or account standing.
We may collect information about Marketplace listings, Affiliate Programs, Product Cards, external links, views, searches, saves, clicks, referrals, applications, and other interactions necessary to provide, secure, enforce, measure, and improve these features.
These features do not make Sxgram a party to the underlying monetary transaction. Sxgram does not collect or process payment credentials for independent Tip Jar payments, third-party affiliate commissions, or purchases completed at external Product Card destinations. Sxgram does not receive, hold, route, split, transmit, or divide those payments and does not charge a transaction fee or take a percentage or revenue share from those transactions.
When you leave Sxgram to contact a brand, apply to an affiliate program, send a Tip Jar payment, or purchase a product from an external merchant, the applicable third party collects and processes information under its own privacy policy and terms.
Sxgram may receive non-payment information such as referral, attribution, click, aggregate performance, or transaction-confirmation information where necessary to operate or measure these features.
2.7 SxM Magazine Information
Member-originated SxM Magazine submissions and publishing features are restricted to eligible Verified Upgraded Members.
If you submit material for SxM Magazine or participate in an interview, we may collect your submission, contact details, biography, images, recordings, social links, releases, permissions, and editorial correspondence.
In connection with determining and maintaining access to member-originated SxM Magazine submission or publishing features, we may associate a submission with information concerning the submitting member’s subscription status, verification status, age-verification status, identity-verification status, account standing, and applicable account category or subscription tier.
We may also use public profile information, engagement information, account standing, verification status, Trust Score information, community response, editorial review, and marketing considerations to identify possible features or Creator or Cover Model of the Month or Year.
A designation or feature is an editorial and promotional decision, is not guaranteed, and may involve human judgment in addition to Platform data.
Sxgram may separately collect information from interview subjects, guests, contributors, or other persons who appear in editorial material even when that person is not the Verified Upgraded Member responsible for the submission. Their participation does not necessarily require them to maintain a paid Verified Account unless the applicable feature or program specifically requires it.
2.8 SxRADIO Information
Creating or publishing a SxRADIO podcast channel or episode is restricted to eligible Verified Upgraded Members.
We may use subscription status, age and identity verification results or status, account standing, account category, and subscription tier to determine and maintain access to SxRADIO publishing features.
If you host, join, submit to, appear in, or interact with SxRADIO, we may collect audio, video, photographs, voice, display name, chat or audience interactions, episode metadata, releases, permissions, and communications.
Live or recorded sessions may be recorded, edited, transcribed or captioned when those functions are offered, published, replayed, promoted, and archived as disclosed for the session or program.
Guests, interview subjects, speakers, or audience participants may provide information in connection with a program without themselves becoming the publisher of the SxRADIO channel or episode. The eligibility requirements applicable to publishing do not necessarily apply to listening or participating as a guest or audience member.
Participants should not provide confidential information during a public or recorded broadcast.
2.9 Developer, API, Business, and Partner Information
If you use Sxgram APIs, Social Icon API tools, integrations, advertising tools, or business programs, we may collect your business contact details, developer or account identifiers, API requests, authentication and audit logs, integration settings, technical contacts, and compliance submissions.
We use this information to provide access, monitor performance, prevent misuse, review compliance, and communicate about the integration.
Developers and business partners may independently process information under their own privacy notices and agreements.
2.10 Information from Other Sources
We may receive information from payment and verification providers, hosting and security vendors, integration partners, public websites, press materials, business directories, and other users.
For example, a payment provider may provide subscription or payment-status information, a verification provider may provide a verification result or other authorized verification information, and another member may mention you, upload content depicting you, rate an interaction, or report content involving you.
We use information from other sources only for purposes consistent with this Policy, our Terms of Use, Platform Policy, and applicable law.
2.11 Sensitive Information
Sxgram supports a broad range of personal, professional, educational, artistic, and community expression. Because members may participate in conversations involving health, relationships, reproductive health, sexual wellness, intimacy, pleasure, sexuality, and other personal subjects, information they voluntarily publish or submit may reveal characteristics that certain laws classify as sensitive personal information.
Depending on the nature of the content and how a member interacts with the Services, this information may include health information, sexual orientation, sex life, gender identity, race or ethnicity, religious beliefs, union membership, or other legally protected personal characteristics.
Sxgram does not automatically classify content as sexually explicit merely because it contains anatomical terminology, discusses reproductive or sexual health, addresses intimacy or pleasure, or includes educational, medical, artistic, or personal representations of the human body. However, content that reveals sensitive personal information may carry additional privacy risks regardless of whether the content is sexually explicit.
Age or identity verification may also involve personal information that is sensitive because of its nature, including legal names, dates of birth, identification documents, and related identity information. We limit the use of this information to purposes reasonably necessary for verification, eligibility, fraud prevention, safety, security, legal compliance, and other purposes described in this Policy.
Please avoid providing sensitive information that is unnecessary for the feature or verification process you are using. Information published publicly may be viewed, copied, indexed, shared, or redistributed by other people or services, even after you remove the original content.
Where applicable law requires consent to process sensitive personal information, we will request consent or provide another legally required choice before using it for a new purpose.
We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for targeted advertising, as described in Section 6.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to provide, maintain, personalize, and improve the Services. This includes creating accounts, enabling eligible publishing features, publishing content at a member’s direction, delivering messages and notifications, operating search and feeds, processing and administering subscriptions, upgrades, downgrades, renewals, cancellations, expiration, and related billing activity, supporting Marketplace and editorial features, operating SxRADIO, measuring performance, and responding to support requests.
We may use subscription-change information to determine when an upgrade becomes active, when an existing subscription remains active through the end of a paid billing period, when a subscription is scheduled to expire or stop renewing, and when restricted publishing features or other paid functionality should be enabled, changed, or disabled.
We use subscription, age-verification, identity-verification, and account-standing information to determine, provide, maintain, suspend, restrict, restore, or revoke access to restricted publishing features.
This may include determining whether a member is eligible to publish Grams or other posts, Carousels, Reels, Stories, Articles, member-originated SxM Magazine content, SxRADIO podcast channels or episodes, Affiliate Program Marketplace listings, or other features Sxgram designates as restricted publishing features.
We also use information to develop new features, troubleshoot errors, understand how people use Sxgram, and maintain records reasonably necessary to operate the business.
We use information to protect members, Sxgram, service providers, and the public. This includes verifying age or identity where required, verifying accounts, calculating and maintaining ratings or Trust Scores, detecting spam or impersonation, detecting attempts to evade verification or publishing restrictions, enforcing policies, investigating reports, preventing fraud, securing accounts and systems, resolving disputes, and complying with valid legal requests.
We may review public and nonpublic information when reasonably necessary to investigate suspected violations, confirm eligibility, prevent account misuse or transfer, or protect someone from harm.
We use contact information to send service messages, security alerts, verification or eligibility notices, policy notices, billing communications, and responses to inquiries.
With your consent where required, we may also send newsletters, product announcements, opportunities, event information, or promotional communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message, but you may continue to receive nonpromotional messages needed to administer your account, verification, publishing eligibility, or subscription.
We may process information associated with content and interactions involving health, sexuality, relationships, intimacy, medical education, and other sensitive subjects when necessary to provide the social networking functions members request. This may include displaying content, delivering communications, maintaining feeds and search results, administering privacy and visibility settings, responding to reports, and enforcing applicable content and safety policies. The subject matter of lawful content does not, by itself, determine whether that content is prohibited or whether the member publishing it has violated Sxgram's policies.
4. Feeds, Recommendations, Trust Scores, and Automated Systems
Sxgram uses automated systems to rank, recommend, organize, and moderate content. Signals may include recency, relevance, content type, engagement quality, your follows and prior interactions, account standing, verification, Trust Score or community feedback, safety signals, and commercial context.
These systems create inferences about content or accounts you may find relevant, but recommendations can be incomplete or wrong and do not constitute Sxgram’s endorsement of a person, product, claim, or business.
Trust Scores and community ratings may affect discovery, recommendation, account standing, eligibility, or access to particular features. They reflect inputs from members and Sxgram systems rather than an objective statement of character, creditworthiness, or professional licensing.
Eligibility for restricted publishing features separately requires satisfaction of the applicable subscription, age-verification, identity-verification, and account-standing requirements. A recommendation, Trust Score, rating, or verification badge does not by itself establish publishing eligibility.
Sxgram does not use feed recommendations, Trust Scores, or editorial selection to decide access to housing, employment, credit, insurance, healthcare, education, or other essential services.
Where available, members may influence recommendations through follows, blocks, reports, content interactions, account settings, and a Following feed or similar chronological view.
We may also provide explanations, appeals, corrections, or other controls for ratings, Trust Scores, verification, and account decisions. Where applicable law gives you a right to opt out of profiling used to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, you may submit a request as described in Section 11.
Sxgram recognizes that content involving medical education, reproductive health, sexuality, relationships, body positivity, intimacy, or pleasure may be lawful and appropriate within the Service. Automated classification, moderation, and recommendation systems may consider the context and nature of content, applicable visibility settings, safety considerations, and relevant Platform Policy requirements. The presence of anatomical terminology or discussion of sexual health does not, by itself, establish that content violates Sxgram's policies.
Content may nevertheless be subject to distribution limitations, visibility controls, age-related safeguards, reporting, review, or removal when required by law or Sxgram's applicable policies. Automated systems may make errors, and available review or appeal processes may be used to address qualifying decisions.
5. When We Disclose Information
5.1 Public and Member-Visible Information
Information you publish to a public profile, feed, Article, comment, rating, Marketplace listing, Product Card, magazine feature, or public SxRADIO program may be visible to members, visitors, search engines, and other websites.
Other people may save, copy, share, quote, embed, or otherwise redistribute public information outside Sxgram. Account settings can limit some visibility, but they cannot control copies made by others before a change or deletion.
Completing age or identity verification does not make your legal name, date of birth, identification documents, or other nonpublic verification information publicly visible unless you independently choose to publish particular information through a public feature.
Sxgram may display limited indicators associated with an account, such as a verification badge, account category, or other status or transparency information, without publicly displaying the underlying documentation used to establish that status.
5.2 Service Providers and Processors
We disclose information to vendors that provide hosting, content delivery, analytics, security, customer support, communications, payment processing, age or identity verification, moderation, storage, search, and other operational services.
Verification providers may receive information necessary to perform age, identity, document, authenticity, fraud-prevention, or related verification services. The information processed, results returned to Sxgram, retention practices, and other details may depend on the provider and verification process disclosed when you use it.
These providers may process information only as permitted by their agreements with Sxgram, their applicable privacy obligations, and law. Their locations and access depend on the services they perform.
5.3 Businesses, Creators, Advertisers, and Partners
We may provide businesses, creators, advertisers, and program partners with information you direct us to share, information needed to provide a requested interaction, or aggregate or deidentified performance information.
Clicking an affiliate listing, Product Card, advertisement, Tip Jar, or other external link may send the destination basic referral information, such as the referring page, device or browser information, and campaign identifiers.
A third party’s collection after you reach its service is governed by that party’s privacy notice.
We do not disclose underlying identity-verification documents to businesses, creators, advertisers, or Marketplace participants merely because an account has satisfied Sxgram’s publishing eligibility requirements.
5.4 Legal, Safety, and Rights Protection
We may preserve, access, or disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a valid governmental request; enforce our Terms or policies; verify or enforce eligibility requirements; detect or prevent fraud, security incidents, account misuse, or illegal activity; protect the rights, property, or safety of any person; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We assess legal requests for validity and scope and may notify affected users when permitted and appropriate.
We may also share information with emergency services or other parties when we believe there is an emergency involving a risk of death or serious physical harm.
5.5 Corporate Transactions and Professional Advisers
We may disclose information to lawyers, accountants, insurers, auditors, lenders, and other professional advisers subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
Information may also be disclosed as part of a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, or sale of some or all of Sxgram’s assets.
Any successor that assumes control of personal information will be required to handle it consistently with applicable law and the commitments that continue to apply.
6. Sale, Sharing, Targeted Advertising, and Deidentified Data
Sxgram does not sell personal information for money.
We also do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for targeted advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 18.
We may use analytics, advertising, or referral technologies that certain state laws define as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged, and we will provide legally required opt-out methods when those laws apply.
Where required, Sxgram will process a recognized universal opt-out signal, such as Global Privacy Control, as a request to opt out for the browser or device sending the signal.
You may also submit an opt-out request using the methods in Section 11.
We may use aggregate or deidentified information for research, analytics, safety, reporting, and product development, and we will not attempt to reidentify information maintained as deidentified except as permitted by law to test our deidentification methods.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Sxgram and its service providers use cookies, pixels, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Services, understand performance, measure engagement, and support communications or advertising.
Some technologies are essential to the Service, while others support preferences, analytics, or marketing. The exact technologies may differ by device, browser, application, and feature.
You can control cookies through browser or device settings and any consent or privacy controls we make available.
Blocking essential cookies may prevent login or other features from working, while choices about nonessential cookies will be applied as required by law.
Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not standardized; Sxgram responds to legally recognized universal opt-out mechanisms as described in Section 6.
8. External Links, Tips, Affiliate Programs, and Purchases
A member’s Tip Jar is an external URL selected by that member. Sxgram displays the link but does not process the tip, determine the payment terms, receive the funds, or control disputes, refunds, taxes, identity checks, or privacy practices related to that transaction.
The member and the destination payment service are responsible for that activity.
The Affiliate Program Marketplace and Product Cards help people discover programs, brands, products, and external opportunities.
Unless Sxgram expressly identifies itself as the seller or payment recipient, applications, purchases, commissions, fulfillment, returns, and related personal information are handled by the third party.
Sxgram may measure listing views, clicks, referrals, and other Marketplace activity to operate and improve these features.
Age or identity verification performed for Sxgram publishing eligibility is separate from any identity, eligibility, tax, payment, merchant, or compliance checks that an external merchant, affiliate program, Tip Jar provider, or other third party may independently require.
9. Safety Reports and Nonconsensual Intimate Imagery
When you submit a safety, impersonation, copyright, or nonconsensual intimate imagery report, we collect the reporter’s contact information, the reported URLs or content, statements and attestations, supporting materials, signatures or identifiers when required, and records of our review and response.
We use this information to authenticate and track reports, investigate content, locate known identical copies when required, communicate with affected parties, enforce policies, preserve evidence, and comply with law.
We may disclose limited report information when necessary to the person who posted the content, service providers assisting with review, law enforcement, or other parties as authorized or required by law.
Sxgram maintains a process for requesting removal of nonconsensual intimate images, including qualifying digitally created or altered content, in accordance with applicable law.
A person does not need a Sxgram account to submit a qualifying request. Reporters should use Sxgram’s designated reporting process or the contact methods in Section 16 and should not send unnecessary identity documents or sensitive evidence by unsecured channels.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing the Services, determining and maintaining publishing eligibility, maintaining security and account integrity, preventing fraud, complying with law, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and preserving legitimate business records.
Retention depends on the type of information, the feature involved, user choices, legal limitation periods, safety needs, verification requirements, fraud-prevention needs, and whether the information forms part of a public editorial or broadcast archive.
Age and identity verification information may be retained for different periods depending on whether the information is held by Sxgram or a verification provider, the nature of the verification information, applicable law, fraud-prevention requirements, account status, disputes or appeals, and contractual or compliance requirements. Where a verification provider controls its own retention practices, additional information may be provided through that provider’s privacy notice or the applicable verification disclosure.
We periodically assess whether information remains necessary and may delete, aggregate, or deidentify it when it is no longer needed.
After account deletion, active copies of account information and user content are removed or deidentified within a reasonable period, subject to technical, legal, safety, verification, fraud-prevention, and operational exceptions.
Residual copies may remain in backups for up to 90 days and may not be immediately accessible in ordinary operations.
Transaction, consent, verification, publishing-eligibility, abuse-prevention, legal, and safety records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary, while SxM Magazine features, SxRADIO recordings, quotations, and other editorial publications may remain in Sxgram’s historical archives consistent with the permissions granted for those materials.
11. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to know or access personal information, correct inaccurate information, delete information, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, and opt out of targeted advertising, certain data sales or sharing, or qualifying profiling.
These rights may apply to eligible age or identity verification information held by Sxgram. Information controlled independently by a verification provider may also be subject to rights and procedures described in that provider’s privacy notice.
You may also have the right to appeal Sxgram’s denial of a privacy request, use an authorized agent, and receive equal service without unlawful discrimination for exercising a privacy right.
EEA and UK residents may lodge a complaint with their local data-protection authority, and U.S. residents may contact their state regulator where applicable.

Describe the right you want to exercise and the account or information involved. If you are appealing a prior decision, use the subject line “Privacy Appeal” and explain why you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity, authority, and jurisdiction, and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and may verify the request directly with you.
Some information cannot be deleted or disclosed if doing so would interfere with another person’s rights, compromise security, prevent fraud detection, interfere with legitimate verification or compliance records, violate law, or conflict with another lawful exception.
Exercising a privacy right does not result in unlawful discrimination. However, if information is objectively necessary to establish or maintain eligibility for a requested feature, deleting, withdrawing, or restricting our ability to process that information may make the feature unavailable. For example, if required verification information can no longer lawfully be used to establish publishing eligibility, restricted publishing access may no longer be available.
You can also edit certain profile information, adjust available privacy or notification settings, unfollow or block accounts, select a Following feed when offered, and unsubscribe from promotional email at any time.
12. Legal Bases for EEA and UK Processing
If EEA or UK data-protection law applies, Sxgram processes personal data when necessary to perform a contract with you, comply with a legal obligation, protect vital interests, pursue legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights, or act with your consent.
Contractual processing may include operating your account, providing eligible Platform functionality, publishing content at your direction when you satisfy applicable eligibility requirements, and administering subscriptions.
Legitimate interests may include securing and improving the Services, verifying eligibility where legally appropriate, preventing fraud and abuse, preventing circumvention of account or publishing restrictions, measuring performance, communicating with users, supporting editorial operations, and protecting legal rights.
Where processing of age or identity information requires another legal basis under applicable law, Sxgram will rely on the appropriate basis for that processing.
When processing depends on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already completed. Withdrawal of consent may make a feature unavailable when the information is necessary to provide that feature and no other lawful basis applies.
We may process special-category data that you choose to make manifestly public, but we do not treat that exception as permission to use such data for unrelated purposes.
If another legal condition is required for special-category data, we will rely on that condition or request consent before the relevant processing.
13. International Data Transfers
Sxgram is based in the United States, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Sxgram’s service providers, including verification providers where applicable, operate.
Those countries may have privacy laws different from the laws where you live.
When applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or safeguards, we use appropriate contractual, organizational, or technical measures for the transfer.
14. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure.
Safeguards are selected based on the nature and sensitivity of the information and may include access controls, secure transmission, logging, backups, vendor controls, data minimization, and incident-response procedures.
Verification information, including identification information where processed by or on behalf of Sxgram, is treated according to safeguards appropriate to the nature and sensitivity of that information.
No internet service or verification system is completely secure, and Sxgram cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, used, or disclosed without authorization.
You are responsible for using a strong, unique password, protecting your credentials and devices, and notifying us promptly about suspected unauthorized account access.
Do not send payment credentials, government identification, passwords, or intimate evidence through ordinary messages unless Sxgram’s designated process specifically requests it.
Do not provide identity documents or verification information to another member who claims that the information is required to obtain or maintain Sxgram verification unless the request is made through an authorized Sxgram or verification-provider process.
If we determine that a security incident requires notice, we will notify affected people and regulators as required by law.
15. Minimum Age and Eligibility
Sxgram requires all account holders to be at least 18 years old and to have reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.
The Services are not intended for children or individuals who do not meet these minimum eligibility requirements. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or knowingly collect personal information from minors through the Services.
Age and identity verification required for restricted publishing features is an additional eligibility measure and does not replace the general minimum age requirement applicable to all account holders.
If we learn that an account is associated with a person who does not meet our minimum age requirements, we may restrict or terminate the account and delete associated personal information as appropriate, subject to applicable legal, safety, and recordkeeping requirements.
If you believe a minor is using Sxgram or appears in content unlawfully, contact us immediately so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

17. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Services, our practices, verification or eligibility requirements, service-provider relationships, or applicable law.
We will post the revised Policy with a new “Last Updated” date and provide additional notice when required, which may include an account notice or email.
If a change requires consent under applicable law, we will request consent before applying that change to the relevant information.
18. Relationship to Other Sxgram Terms
This Policy should be read with the Sxgram Terms of Use, Platform Policy, and any feature-specific notice presented when information is collected.
The Terms of Use govern disputes and other contractual matters relating to the Services. The Terms of Use and Platform Policy also describe the eligibility requirements for restricted publishing features.
If a feature-specific privacy or verification notice conflicts with this Policy regarding that feature, the more specific notice controls to the extent of the conflict.
