SXGRAM CONTENT MODERATION POLICY

Effective Date: October 22, 2025
Last Updated: October 22, 2026

1. Purpose and Relationship to Other Policies

This Content Moderation Policy (“Policy”) establishes the standards governing content, communications, commercial materials, and conduct on Sxgram. It explains the types of expression permitted on the Service, prohibited content and activities, reporting procedures, immediate protective measures, review practices, enforcement actions, and available appeals.

“Sxgram,” “we,” “us,” and “our” have the meanings assigned in the Sxgram Terms of Use. “Service” includes Sxgram’s websites, applications, social networking features, publishing tools, programs, integrations, and related services.

This Policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Use. It supplements the Platform Policy, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, applicable purchase disclosures, and feature-specific requirements.

Use of the Service is subject to these policies. A subscription, verification badge, advertising purchase, affiliate relationship, editorial feature, or other commercial relationship does not exempt a participant from moderation or enforcement.

Nothing in this Policy limits obligations imposed by applicable law or rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

2. Scope and Application

This Policy applies to all participants using or contributing to the Service, including free members, Verified members, creators, businesses, advertisers, affiliates, publishers, developers, hosts, guests, interview subjects, contributors, and representatives acting for an organization.

Covered content includes material submitted, uploaded, streamed, transmitted, published, displayed, distributed, promoted, linked, imported, or otherwise made available through the Service.

This includes:

(a) profiles, usernames, biographies, account images, badges, and profile links;
(b) Grams, posts, Carousels, Stories, Reels, photographs, videos, illustrations, and other visual materials;
(c) comments, reviews, ratings, mentions, direct messages, and other communications;
(d) Articles, interviews, SxM Magazine features, covers, announcements, and editorial submissions;
(e) SxRADIO channels, imported or uploaded episodes, recordings, clips, live programming where offered, and related artwork or descriptions;
(f) advertisements, sponsored content, Product Cards, Affiliate Program Marketplace listings, and promotional materials; and
(g) titles, captions, thumbnails, transcripts, hashtags, search terms, URLs, metadata, and external destinations.

Restrictions apply regardless of format, account type, audience size, intended commercial benefit, or whether the material is made available without charge.

3. Commitment to Lawful Expression

Sxgram supports lawful expression and open conversation among adults.

A subject is not prohibited solely because it is sensitive, controversial, unpopular, political, religious, sexual, medical, artistic, or associated with the adult creator economy. Participants are not required to agree with a particular viewpoint as a condition of participation.

Permitted subjects may include relationships, reproductive health, menstruation, menopause, fertility, contraception, pregnancy, sexual health, sexually transmitted infections, intimacy, pleasure, consent, body positivity, personal identity, business, technology, culture, and public policy.

Accurate anatomical, reproductive, or medical terminology does not, by itself, establish that content is pornographic, obscene, abusive, or otherwise prohibited.

Lawfulness is a foundational requirement, but it is not the only condition of publication. Content must also comply with Sxgram’s published restrictions, the rights of others, and binding requirements applicable to Sxgram’s payment, hosting, distribution, and other service-provider relationships.

Permission to discuss a subject does not create an unrestricted right to publish every depiction, promote every related product, or facilitate every associated transaction.

4. Context, Purpose, and Presentation

Sxgram distinguishes discussion of a subject from depicting, soliciting, encouraging, advertising, or facilitating prohibited conduct.

Educational reporting about exploitation, a survivor’s account, discussion of consent, medical information, and criticism of unlawful activity are evaluated according to their context. Such discussion must not reproduce prohibited material, identify or endanger protected individuals unlawfully, or facilitate the underlying conduct.

Relevant considerations may include:

(a) the purpose and overall meaning of the material;
(b) accompanying images, audio, links, or promotional representations;
(c) whether the material documents, condemns, encourages, or facilitates harmful conduct;
(d) the rights, age, identity, and consent of persons depicted;
(e) whether presentation is misleading or likely to cause material harm; and
(f) applicable legal and service-provider restrictions.

An educational, artistic, journalistic, advocacy, fictional, or satirical label does not automatically exempt material from this Policy.

Disagreement, criticism, negative reviews, or discussion of controversial ideas do not, by themselves, constitute harassment. Threats, targeted abuse, privacy violations, and other prohibited conduct remain subject to enforcement regardless of the viewpoint expressed.

5. Account and Publishing Eligibility

All account holders must satisfy the minimum age and eligibility requirements in the Terms of Use.

Restricted publishing features may be used only by participants who satisfy the applicable account, subscription or expressly authorized promotional entitlement, verification, account-standing, and feature-specific requirements. Complimentary access does not waive age, identity, consent, or content standards.

Payment, a verification badge, prior publication, an invitation, or technical access to a submission interface does not independently authorize publication.

Participants must not share verification credentials, misrepresent the person controlling an account, use another person’s identification, or provide an ineligible person with publishing access.

Organizations must act through authorized representatives. Business authorization does not replace verification or other requirements applicable to the individuals controlling publishing access.

Sxgram may withhold or restrict publishing privileges when eligibility cannot be adequately established or maintained.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

6.1 Sexual Exploitation of Minors

Sxgram prohibits child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation or sexualization of minors, sexual or erotic material depicting anyone under 18, and sexual material representing or suggesting that a participant is under 18.

This prohibition includes requests, offers, solicitation, grooming, distribution, and promotional representations concerning such material or activity.

A disclaimer, purported fictional age, or assertion that a depicted participant is an adult does not override content or presentation that violates this restriction.

6.2 Nonconsensual Sexual Activity and Exploitation

Sxgram prohibits rape, other nonconsensual sexual activity, sexual coercion, trafficking, exploitation, and sexual activity involving a person unable to provide legally valid consent.

Users must not promote, arrange, solicit, threaten, or facilitate such conduct. Financial compensation, a relationship between participants, or a prior agreement does not independently establish legally sufficient consent for a particular depiction or distribution.

6.3 Nonconsensual Intimate Imagery

Sxgram prohibits intimate imagery created, obtained, or distributed without required consent, including threats to distribute such imagery.

This restriction includes unauthorized intimate depictions of identifiable people created or altered using artificial intelligence, image manipulation, face replacement, or other digital methods.

Consent to a relationship, photography, recording, or private sharing does not automatically establish consent to public distribution, advertising, downloading, or other uses.

6.4 Other Restricted Sexual Material

Sxgram prohibits bestiality, incest-themed sexual content, scat or sexualized bodily-waste content, sexualized mutilation, and extreme sexualized violence.

These restrictions apply to actual, staged, simulated, illustrated, animated, digitally altered, and artificially generated depictions. Fictional characterization or participant consent does not automatically override an express content restriction.

6.5 Threats, Harassment, and Privacy Violations

Sxgram prohibits credible threats, stalking, blackmail, extortion, targeted harassment, doxxing, and unauthorized disclosure of private information that violates rights or creates a material safety risk.

Users must not publish identification documents, private contact details, financial credentials, intimate evidence, or other sensitive information for purposes of intimidation, humiliation, exploitation, or retaliation.

6.6 Unlawful or Deceptive Commerce

Sxgram prohibits promotion, solicitation, or facilitation of unlawful sexual services, trafficking, prohibited goods, fraudulent transactions, counterfeit or stolen goods, unlawful gambling, deceptive financial schemes, and other illegal commerce.

Commercial claims must not be materially false or misleading. Sponsorships, affiliate relationships, gifted products, and other material connections must be disclosed where required.

6.7 Intellectual Property and Other Rights

Content must not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, contractual restrictions, or other applicable rights.

Credit, attribution, a consumer subscription, purchase of a copy, or availability on a public website does not necessarily establish permission to upload, import, broadcast, reproduce, or promote material through Sxgram.

6.8 Security, Impersonation, and Platform Abuse

Sxgram prohibits malware, credential theft, fraudulent impersonation, account compromise, artificial engagement, manipulation of ratings or Trust Scores, and circumvention of security or eligibility controls.

Users must not use automated tools, multiple accounts, third parties, or altered content to evade moderation, reporting restrictions, or enforcement decisions.

6.9 Additional Applicable Restrictions

Content or conduct prohibited by other incorporated Sxgram policies, applicable law, or binding service-provider requirements is also prohibited.

Sxgram may restrict material while determining whether it falls within an applicable prohibition. Absence of a specifically named example does not establish permission.

7. Age, Identity, Consent, and Supporting Records

Every person depicted in sexually explicit content must have been at least 18 years old, and otherwise legally eligible to participate, when the material was created.

The responsible content provider must verify the age and identity of each person depicted and obtain and retain written consent sufficient to authorize:

(a) participation and depiction in the content;
(b) upload to and public distribution through Sxgram; and
(c) downloading by other users, where downloading is offered.

Permissions must cover the intended use. A general account agreement or uploader verification does not independently establish another person’s consent.

Content providers must maintain records required by applicable performer-age, identity, consent, and recordkeeping laws, including 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 or 2257A where applicable.

Sxgram may request supporting documentation through an authorized secure process. Records must not be fabricated, materially altered, or submitted without authority.

Sxgram may restrict or remove content when required documentation is missing, unreliable, incomplete, inconsistent, or not produced. Participant responsibilities do not displace obligations independently applicable to Sxgram.

8. Review and Monitoring

Sxgram may use automated safeguards, human review, member reports, link checks, and requests for supporting records to assess content and conduct.

Review may occur before publication, after publication, in response to a report, or during an investigation. Where applicable law or binding provider requirements require pre-publication review, affected content must not be published until that review is completed.

Sxgram does not represent that every item receives human review before publication or that review identifies every violation.

Review may consider content, context, account activity, prior enforcement, consent records, rights documentation, technical information, and other relevant evidence.

Sxgram may temporarily hide content, disable links, interrupt programming where supported, or restrict features while assessing a credible concern. A prior approval or restoration does not prevent subsequent review based on new information.

9. Reporting Channels

Any person, including a nonmember, may report suspected violations through available reporting tools, Sxgram’s published Contact page, or sxgramsocial@gmail.com.

An account, paid subscription, or commercial relationship is not required to report content or request removal of qualifying nonconsensual intimate imagery.

Reports should identify:

(a) the content, account, listing, message, or external link concerned;
(b) its URL or other information sufficient to locate it;
(c) the nature of the suspected violation; and
(d) relevant supporting information and contact details where needed.

A reporter is not required to make a legal determination before reporting an honest safety or policy concern.

Reporters must not send unnecessary identity documents, intimate imagery, payment credentials, or passwords through ordinary email. Sxgram may provide instructions for supplying necessary evidence through an authorized process.

10. Immediate Hiding Upon the First Report

Sxgram applies a first-report protective measure to specifically identified content.

When an item is reported through an integrated content-reporting tool, the reported content is instantly and automatically hidden from public and ordinary member access pending review. No second report or preliminary finding of a violation is required.

For reports received by email, Contact page, or another non-integrated channel, Sxgram hides the content immediately upon identifying the reported item. A report that does not provide enough information to locate content may require clarification before that action can occur.

Temporary hiding is precautionary. It does not constitute a finding that:

(a) the report is accurate;
(b) the content violates this Policy or law;
(c) the publishing member acted improperly; or
(d) the reporter is entitled to permanent removal.

The measure applies regardless of the publisher’s subscription status, verification, audience size, advertising relationship, or prior editorial coverage.

A report concerning one item does not automatically establish that every item on the account must be removed. Sxgram may impose broader restrictions where the evidence indicates a wider safety or compliance concern.

11. Five-to-Seven-Business-Day Review

Sxgram will review reported content within five to seven business days after receipt of a report sufficient to identify the content, to determine whether it should be restored or whether additional policy enforcement is required.

“Business days” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Shorter applicable legal or contractual deadlines control.

Review may include consideration of the reported concern, content context, relevant policies, account activity, rights documentation, age and consent records, and information supplied by affected parties.

Following review, Sxgram will determine whether to:

(a) restore content where no violation or other basis for restriction is established;
(b) require corrections, labels, permissions, or supporting records before restoration;
(c) maintain restrictions or permanently remove the content;
(d) restrict particular features or publishing privileges; or
(e) impose additional account-level enforcement.

If necessary information remains unavailable, Sxgram may determine within the review period that continued restriction is required. That determination is not a promise of automatic restoration after seven business days. A later review may occur when adequate information is provided.

Content remains hidden until Sxgram determines that restoration is appropriate. Where Sxgram identifies illegal content, it will remove or disable access immediately rather than wait for the ordinary review period.

12. Restoration and Continuing Restrictions

Restoration means that Sxgram has determined, based on the information then available, that the temporary restriction should be lifted.

Restoration does not constitute an endorsement, legal opinion, certification of ownership, or guarantee that every underlying right or representation has been independently verified.

Restored content remains subject to this Policy, applicable visibility settings, and subsequent enforcement based on new evidence.

A person may report restored content when there is a new, good-faith concern, material evidence, or a distinct issue not previously addressed. Repeatedly reporting the same content solely to cause renewed hiding, without a genuine basis, may constitute abuse under Section 14.

Sxgram may take measures to prevent repetitive, abusive reports from repeatedly disrupting content already reviewed. Such measures must not eliminate access to legally required reporting and removal procedures.

13. Good-Faith Reporting and Protection Against Retaliation

Reports must reflect an honest concern that content or conduct may violate law or Sxgram policy.

A report that is mistaken, unsupported, withdrawn, or ultimately rejected does not, by itself, establish abuse. Nor does restoration of reported content automatically establish wrongdoing by the reporter.

Sxgram prohibits retaliation against a person for submitting a good-faith report, cooperating with a review, requesting removal of their intimate imagery, or exercising a lawful right.

Prohibited retaliation includes threats, intimidation, blackmail, publication of private identifying information, coordinated harassment, and interference with a person’s ability to submit a legitimate report.

Users must not demand that a reporter withdraw a good-faith complaint as a condition of receiving something to which the reporter is otherwise legally entitled.

14. Abuse of the First-Report Policy and Removal of Users

The immediate-hiding process exists to protect users and support investigation. It must not be used to suppress policy-compliant expression, disrupt another account, retaliate, manipulate visibility, or obtain an improper commercial or personal advantage.

Prohibited reporting abuse includes:

(a) knowingly submitting false or materially misleading reports;
(b) fabricating or altering supporting evidence;
(c) coordinating reports for harassment, retaliation, competitive interference, or suppression;
(d) repeatedly reporting restored content without a new, good-faith basis or material evidence;
(e) using multiple accounts, automated tools, or third parties to evade reporting restrictions;
(f) misrepresenting ownership, identity, authority, or depicted-person status; and
(g) demanding money, benefits, removal of criticism, or other concessions in exchange for withholding or withdrawing a report.

Users who abuse the first-report policy are subject to suspension or removal from Sxgram, including permanent account termination. Serious, deliberate, or coordinated abuse may result in termination without a prior warning.

Sxgram may consider report substance, supporting evidence, patterns, coordination, account activity, and relevant communications. Reporting volume alone does not establish abuse.

A person removed for reporting abuse must not create another account, direct others, or use automated means to continue that conduct. Nothing in this section restricts submission of a legitimate legal notice or qualifying removal request.

15. Depicted-Person Consent and Removal Requests

A person depicted in content, or an authorized representative, may request review when required consent was absent, exceeded, invalid, or otherwise insufficient.

Sxgram may request information reasonably necessary to identify the material, verify authority, and assess the relevant permission. An account or paid subscription is not required.

Consent to private recording or sharing does not automatically authorize publication on Sxgram. An uploader’s ownership assertion does not independently resolve a depicted person’s consent concern.

Where required consent cannot be established, or is demonstrated to be legally invalid, Sxgram will remove or disable access without delay.

For content subject to applicable Mastercard requirements, a disagreement concerning the legal validity of consent will be subject to resolution by a neutral body at Sxgram’s expense as those requirements provide.

A contractual license, archive provision, subscription payment, or prior publication does not override mandatory removal obligations.

16. Nonconsensual Intimate Imagery and Urgent Matters

Sxgram accepts requests concerning qualifying nonconsensual intimate imagery, including qualifying digital forgeries, through its published reporting process.

Where the TAKE IT DOWN Act applies, Sxgram will remove qualifying material as soon as possible and no later than 48 hours after receiving a valid request, and will make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies within that period.

The ordinary five-to-seven-business-day review period does not extend that deadline or any other shorter applicable requirement.

Potential exploitation of minors, trafficking, credible threats, immediate danger, and other serious concerns may receive expedited protective action.

Sxgram may preserve restricted evidence and associated records where legally required or otherwise lawfully necessary. Preservation does not authorize continued public availability.

17. External Links, Imports, and Promotional Material

This Policy applies to destinations promoted through profiles, Product Cards, Tip Jar links, advertisements, Marketplace listings, podcast imports, and other Service features.

External hosting or checkout does not exempt promotional content or links from moderation.

Users must not conceal prohibited destinations through redirects, link shorteners, coded language, misleading thumbnails, altered spelling, or inaccurate descriptions.

Imported podcasts, artwork, metadata, recordings, and other externally sourced materials remain subject to rights, consent, eligibility, and content requirements. Availability through a public feed or URL does not independently establish permission to reproduce or distribute material.

Sxgram may disable a destination, import, listing, or link without determining the legality of every activity conducted by the third party.

18. Enforcement Measures

Depending on the circumstances, Sxgram may:

(a) issue a warning or request an explanation;
(b) require correction, documentation, or renewed verification;
(c) apply labels, age-related safeguards, or distribution restrictions;
(d) remove content or disable links, imports, listings, or recordings;
(e) restrict publishing, messaging, advertising, integrations, or other functions;
(f) suspend or terminate an account; and
(g) preserve evidence, respond to lawful requests, or notify appropriate authorities where permitted or required.

Enforcement may consider severity, potential harm, intent, repetition, cooperation, evasion, and available evidence.

Sxgram is not required to apply measures in a fixed sequence or issue a warning before addressing serious violations.

Enforcement does not automatically create a refund entitlement. Applicable purchase terms and non-waivable consumer rights remain controlling. A lawful billing dispute does not, by itself, establish misconduct.

19. Appeals and Reconsideration

A person affected by an enforcement decision may request reconsideration through Sxgram’s Contact page or sxgramsocial@gmail.com.

An appeal should identify the account, content, or decision, explain the alleged error, and provide relevant information not adequately considered.

Sxgram may uphold, modify, or reverse a decision. An appeal does not automatically restore content or access, suspend mandatory deadlines, or delay necessary protective action.

Users must not fabricate evidence, impersonate another person, harass reviewers, or evade restrictions during an appeal.

The five-to-seven-business-day period for initial reported-content review does not independently establish an identical deadline for every appeal. Any legally or contractually required appeal deadline remains applicable.

20. Copyright Complaints

Copyright notices and counter-notices must follow Sxgram’s designated copyright process and applicable legal requirements.

Temporary hiding upon a first report does not independently determine copyright ownership, establish infringement, or replace any legally required notice, counter-notice, or restoration procedure.

Sxgram may maintain restrictions where a separate, independently supported policy violation exists.

Knowingly false copyright claims or material misrepresentations may result in enforcement and other consequences permitted by law. Sxgram maintains its repeat-infringer policy as described in the Terms of Use.

21. Privacy, Confidentiality, and Records

Sxgram handles reports, verification information, consent documentation, and enforcement records under its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Access and disclosure may be necessary for investigation, safety, evidence preservation, fraud prevention, appeals, provider compliance, or lawful requests.

Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where disclosure is legally required or necessary for an authorized process. Sxgram may limit information disclosed to affected parties to protect reporters, depicted persons, witnesses, security, or an investigation.

Removing content from public view does not necessarily require destruction of records that must lawfully be preserved.

Hiding content through Sxgram does not guarantee removal of copies previously downloaded, shared, cached, indexed, or retained outside Sxgram’s control.

22. Interpretation, Changes, and Contact

This Policy does not guarantee uninterrupted publication, distribution, or access while a report or concern is reviewed.

Sxgram may update this Policy to reflect changes in the Service, law, safety practices, or binding provider requirements. Material changes will be communicated, and consent obtained, where required.

Disputes are governed by the controlling dispute-resolution provisions in the Terms of Use. Nothing in this Policy restricts rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Reports, removal requests, appeals, and questions may be submitted through Sxgram’s published Contact page or:
